Remove & Open Up
Carefully removed the existing cabinets, then opened the water-damaged wall section to assess the full extent of the issue.
Rebuild the Wall
Rebuilt the wall with new backframing, insulation, and vapor barrier, then closed it up with drywall and paint.
Install New Cabinets
Installed the new kitchen cabinets once the wall was fully repaired and finished.
Fit the Countertop
Measured and cut a butcher block countertop for the sink and faucet, then installed, sealed, and caulked it for a finished, watertight result.
