What We Did
Remove & Inspect
Removed the sill to expose and assess the substrate underneath before any repair began.
Rebuild the Jamb
Replaced the rotted jamb sections with new matching material.
Waterproof Below
Installed new waterproofing beneath the sill before reinstalling it.
Seal & Finish
Caulked every seam with NP1 polyurethane caulking and applied two coats of matching semi-gloss Aura exterior paint from Benjamin Moore.
