Lead Handyman

About the Role

We are hiring a permanent, full-time Lead Handyman to join our team in Metro Vancouver. This is a secure employee position where you are never treated as a subcontractor. You will receive booked work from day one, typically managing 1 to 2 focused jobs per day with full company equipment support.

Responsibilities

• Execute small-to-medium home repair, maintenance, and improvement jobs safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service on site to deliver a high-standard client experience.
• Operate and maintain the assigned high-roof Ford Transit vehicle and company equipment.
• Manage time effectively between daily scheduled appointments (1–2 jobs daily).
• Maintain clear communication with office dispatch and property owners regarding job status and completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman, tradesperson, or home repair technician.
• Strong knowledge of general residential maintenance, carpentry, simple plumbing, electrical touch-ups, and hardware installation.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record to operate company vehicle.
• Background-checked and legally authorized to work in Metro Vancouver.
• Professional demeanor with high attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
